Position: Business Development Executive
Location: TBD (Texas ideal)
Business Development Executive will be responsible for sourcing to 3rd party management opportunities for the company. The position will involve cold calling Institutional Investors, Owners, Developers, etc. of multifamily properties and promoting the company’s management services.
Client is a national Top 50, multifamily property management firm. They have grown significantly over the last 5 years and focus heavily on operational excellence and employee engagement.
3+ years’ experience in a business development role within the multifamily industry.
Ideal candidate would have a rolodex of companies they can call on while also identifying new opportunities/companies in the industry.
MUST have strong sales and negotiation skills.
