Position Available: Community Manager
Location: Arlington, VA
We’re looking for a smart, savvy and incredibly personable leader to oversee the management operations for 130+ unit, Class A property located in Arlington, VA. The Community Manager will manage the community in the most efficient and profitable manner possible given existing market conditions consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and communities owners.
Company Info: Progressive Owner, Manager, and Developer of high-end, multifamily housing. Company currently manages over 30,000 units across the country and they have a tremendous corporate culture.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Property Manager on a Class A property totaling over 100+ units.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be proficient w/ Microsoft Office and Excel.
