Position Available: Community Manager
The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations at a 200+ unit conventional property and will maximize the property’s net operating income and otherwise facilitate optimum performance of the property, which includes effectively managing personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Well established real estate investment/management company that currently manages over 30 properties totaling 10,000+ units.
3+ years’ experience as a Property Manager overseeing a larger, conventional/market rate property or multiple sites.
Must have good financial skills – can analyze and adhere to budgets.
Must have excellent team leadership skills and the ability to maintain and market the property.
Must have strong experience working with property management software. They use Yardi, Entrada, and LRO.
