Position Available: Development Executive
Location: Atlanta and/or Nashville
Client has immediate needs for Developers in the Atlanta and Nashville markets. Company has developed over 3B in multifamily real estate in the Southeast and currently have 10+ deals under construction. They plan to build 10-15 properties each year in the markets where they operate! They will lead the development life-cycle for conventional, multifamily properties in assigned markets. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Land acquisition and sourcing
- Feasibility studies
- Entitlements and zoning
- Project Valuation and Finance
- Architectural design and coordination of consultants
- Construction process
Company Info: Progressive owner, manager and developer of a diverse portfolio of real estate to include multifamily and self-storage properties. Well capitalized and actively growing portfolio through acquisitions and development. Properties are currently located throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt regions.
5+ years’ of multifamily development experience.
Experience in the local real estate market, including a growing industry network.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret and evaluate proposals, architectural concepts and drawings, contracts, consultant proposals/agreements and government regulations.
Strong experience in cost control, real estate funding and project reporting with ability to create and manage budgets and proformas
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
