Position Available: Development Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC
This person will oversee and direct development and construction projects of affordable housing and mix-income.
Company Info: Our client is a Charlotte-based Owner, Developer, and Manager of an affordable housing portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of multifamily ground up and reposition development and construction experience
- Experience leading third party development professionals
- Has Cost estimating, scope of work planning, knowledge of construction means and methods, tenant in place, and housing rehabilitation.
