Position Available: Director of Property / Asset Management
Location: Tampa, Florida
Responsible for the property/asset management of a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of 20+ properties totaling over 3.5M SF of Class A Office space. Director will report on property financials, including budgeting, and subsequent expense / revenue forecasting, manage asset management plan, develop and maintain 5 year capex plans, etc. We are looking for a player/coach that will lead, manage and develop the property management and maintenance teams.
Company Info: National owner, manager and developer of commercial office buildings. Company has buildings in some of the top business districts on the East Coast to include Atlanta, Orlando, Nashville, Raleigh, Pittsburgh, Richmond, Tampa, Memphis, and Greensboro.
Key Requirements:

Ten or more years’ portfolio management experience in full service commercial properties, with an emphasis on class A office properties (high-rise/mid-rise property experience desired). Must have demonstrated leadership/management experience

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Extensive budgeting/reporting experience

Proven experience managing capital improvement projects

Excellent computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel

Bachelors’ Degree in Business Management or related field

Certified Property Manager or Real Property Administrator designation preferred
