Position Available: General Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas
The General Manager will oversee the operations at a 700+ unit apartment community located in the Dallas, TX market. They will lead a property team to meet/exceed the NOI, oversee all leasing and marketing initiatives, oversee maintenance/capex on site, and promote and uphold the company’s policies. This is a challenging property, so we need a highly qualified General Manager.
Company Info: Client is a private multi-family management and development firm based in the Southeast. They have acquired, developed, finance, managed and renovated over 60,000 units across the U.S. They currently own/operate properties in 15+ states nationally.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a multiple site capacity (Reg/Dist/Area/GM) overseeing over 500+ units.
- Must have experience managing a large, challenging property.
- Must have a strong work ethic and great leadership skills.
- Yardi and Excel proficiency highly preferred.
