Jessica Mosley – Recruiter Support Specialist

As a Recruiter Support Specialist, Jessica works closely with our recruiters, going above and beyond to provide day-to-day administrative support. With a strong background in administration, Jessica ensures that her supporting tasks are prioritized and accomplished effectively. She holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from High Point University.

Before joining Real8 Group in 2022, Jessica worked in the hospitality, medical, finance, and non-profit industries. Her well-rounded experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm, especially when assisting recruiters.

Based in Southwest Virginia, you will likely find Jessica spending time with her family or taking her beautiful young daughter and two puppies to the park. She loves to travel, especially to Cancun, with her husband. Jessica is enthusiastic about reading, especially mystery books. She is excited to have recently started a book club with her close friends.
