Position: Leasing Manager
Location: Southeast New Hampshire
Job Description:
The Leasing Manager will direct all leasing and marketing activities for a 350+ unit property located in Southeast New Hampshire.

Well established Owner, Investor and Manager of a national multifamily portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of leasing management experience, preferably in a lease-up setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel along with working knowledge of Sharepoint
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with calendar management, software/database, marketing presentations, and social media
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Must have strong closing skills
- Knowledgeable with respect to LIHTC housing programs not required, however, would be useful
- Ability to obtain a Real Estate Leasing License
- Yardi experience
