Position Available: Managing Director, Acquisitions
Location: East Region and West Region
Responsible for identifying self-storage properties suitable for acquisitions throughout the United States.
Company Info: Progressive owner, manager and developer of a diverse portfolio of real estate to include multifamily and self-storage properties. Well capitalized and actively growing portfolio through acquisitions and development. Properties are currently located throughout the Southeast and Sunbelt regions.
Key Requirements:

5+ years experience in developing and/or acquiring self-storage properties.

Strong analytical and financial skills are a must.

Well-versed in underwriting potential developments/acquisitions.

Must be well versed with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Must have excellent communication/presentation skills.
