Position: Regional Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
The Regional Manager will oversee all management and financial operations for 13+ properties totaling over 2,000 conventional units located in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi. Many of the properties are going through different levels of rehab.

Well established real estate investment/management company that currently manages over 30 properties totaling 10,000+ units.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Regional/District/Area Manager overseeing a portfolio of conventional properties. Must have experience managing at least 1,000-1,500+ units.
- Strong experience leading a team of Property Managers. Player/Coach type.
- Must have a good financial acumen. Experience with budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Well versed in utilizing property management software. Company uses Yardi and LRO.
