Position Available: Regional Manager
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a 652 unit/9 property affordable housing portfolio in Hawaii. The Regional Manager is accountable for the operations of multiple sites in their region. The purpose of the Regional Manager is to effectively manage multiple site activities and available resources in order to accomplish regional objectives as set forth by the Director of Property Management and property ownership.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of affordable multiple site and multifamily management experience
- Experienced with managing HUD and LIHTC properties
- Has property turnaround experience
