Position Available: Regional Manager
Location: Tampa or Orlando, FL
The Regional Manager is responsible for fiscal accountability and performance, market development, and team member management of a multi-community portfolio. This role is responsible for the financial, administrative, and maintenance operations of the Company’s communities within the manager’s region and must ensure company standards and values are upheld and exemplary customer service is delivered. The Regional Manager directly supervises Community Managers and facilitates successful advancement of the portfolio and achievement of company objectives.
*On average, Regional Managers are assigned a portfolio consisting of 5-8 properties totaling 1,500 – 2,000 units (all Class A/B conventional/market rate).
Client is a well-capitalized, owner/manager of conventional, multifamily housing communities. They currently manage 8,000 units and plan to grow to 25,000+ units over the next 3-5 years!
- 5+ years’ experience as a Regional Manager overseeing 1,500+ units in multi-family environment required. Must have several years’ experience Class A and B conventional/market rate properties.
- Experience managing multi-site capital improvement projects required.
- Strong business acumen and sufficient expertise in marketing, leasing, and financial management. Must have strong budgeting skills and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, and the ability to develop, train, and motivate others; strong interpersonal skills.
