Position Available: Regional Property Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Regional Property Manager is responsible for supporting and executing Company’s strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of apartment communities, and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and executing property budgets, hiring and developing property management team members, resident relations, property maintenance, rent collection, reporting, resident improvement activities and managing general leasing and renewal activities.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as an Area/District/Regional Manager for a portfolio of conventional, multifamily apartment communities
- Requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, strong organizational, multi-tasking, planning and time management skills.
- Financial analysis skills and ability to manage operations within approved annual budget.
