Position Available: Regional Vice President
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Company is looking for a dynamic leader and experienced Regional Vice President of Property Management to join their rapidly growing company. This role will be KEY to the success and business development of the company’s portfolio within OKC area. This is a critical position for the Executive Team and they are looking for a dedicated leader that will help drive and cultivate the client relationships while developing and driving the business strategy. The RVP will directly oversee the regional team and a growing portfolio of multifamily properties approaching 4,000 units.
Company Info: Full-service property management company founded approx. 10 years ago. They currently manage a growing portfolio of Class B and C, value add properties throughout TX and OK consisting of 150+ properties totaling over 25,000 units.
Key Requirements:

3+ years as a Director/RVP/Sr. Regional Manager overseeing a portfolio of conventional and/or affordable properties.

Experience leading a team of Regional/Area/District Managers.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Comprehensive understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.

Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
