Position: Vice President
Location: Houston or Dallas, Texas
Job Description:
This VP will be responsible for managing a growing portfolio of predominantly tax credit properties. The VP will manage a team of Regional Managers who oversee a total of approximately 4,000 units. The portfolio does include sites with performance issues.

Key Requirements:
- LIHTC experience
- Must be a VP or similar role currently, overseeing multiple site managers
- Must be based in Texas currently or have current Texas experience
- Must be currently managing not less than 2K units
- No less than two years of multiple site management experience
- Strong financial skills
