Position Available: VP / Executive GM – New York
This executive will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a high profile, mixed-use real estate portfolio consisting of office, industrial and R&D space. Ideally multifamily, retail and live / work / play developments will be added. This person will be the “CEO” of these real estate assets and have a lot of autonomy. Needing an executive with charisma to maintain and build relationships at a high level.
Company Info: Real estate developer, owner and manager with over 100M SF in multiple states. The company operates commercial office, retail, industrial, warehouse and multifamily properties.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree is required

Strong mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge is required

Minimum 10 years’ experience in building operations, property management, or real estate management (commercial, mixed use, R&D, industrial, etc.)

Experience overseeing high profile, notable mixed-use real estate projects is required

Must have strong leasing and financial skills

Ability to decipher and understand architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and control blue prints, mathematics and specifications

Solid computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
