Position: VP of Operations

Job Description:

As the Vice President, Operations Property Management, you will be based in Western Michigan and have the opportunity to positively impact local communities across the country by collaborating with the Company’s Support Center and District Managers to create an exceptional experience for their residents at over 40 properties. You will be responsible for understanding the wants and needs of their current and future residents by creating an attractive curb appeal and cultivating a fun and friendly atmosphere while being very active in all facets of the day to day operations.

Key Requirements: 

  • 10 years of proven experience in the management of multi-family real estate, including financial management to meet district targets, is essential to success.  Ideal candidate would have 3+ years’ experience in a VP/Director role overseeing regional/district/area managers.

  • Experience working with Yardi, Entrata, Real Page, or similar platform

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multiple complex projects simultaneously
