Position: Yardi System Administrator
Location: Boston, MA
The Yardi Administrator role is a new role and will provide the right candidate an opportunity to utilize their Yardi and additional systems existing skill sets while developing the Yardi program/department for the company. This is a key hire for the company and will be significantly impactful on the success of operations.
Well established Owner, Investor and Manager of a national multifamily portfolio.
- 3-5 years of experience with Yardi platforms including Voyager 7S (Residential, Affordable, and Commercial); Rent Café CRM, Commercial Café, CRM, Concierge, Procure to Pay, and Mobile Maintenance
- 2+ years of experience with Yieldstar or other daily price optimization software
- Training experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with package writing and report writing preferred
- Experience with Residential, Affordable, and Commercial property management and accounting preferred
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze related problems in context of daily operations and develop and implement permanent solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple requests and obligations to facilitate a smooth, organized workflow
- Ability to think independently and analytically and make recommendations accordingly
- Excellent customer service/consulting/collaborating skills
