Position Available: Yardi Systems Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Accounting, this newly created role will be responsible for the successful deployment of new software options, creating customized reports, benchmarking performance, as well as presenting to stakeholders and internal customers. This role will form the architectural basis upon which our platform evolves and will be responsible for reviewing new products on the market both within our current platform and beyond. It will be responsible for listening to the operational demands of each department and providing solutions that increase our effectiveness and efficiency across the modules. This role will require strong project management and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide software implementations and administration.

Key Requirements:

5-10 years of Project Management and Technical Support experience

Extensive knowledge of Yardi Voyager is required, specifically Voyager 7s

Expert-level knowledge of Yardi ETL integrations

Experience coordinating system projects, including managing internal resources and external consultants

Experience with Microsoft SQL queries is required

Experience planning and managing the implementation of system changes in a SOX environment is required
