How do we find great candidates?
We are thoughtful and deliberate in how we approach each assignment. We spend quality time with every client prior to executing our search strategy. We want to know your story, learn about your company culture, the position details, job requirements, your growth strategies and opportunities for advancement. It’s very important that we promote your company and position well in order to attract the best candidates.
Our targeted recruiting strategy is focused on cold calling competing companies. We identify potential candidates, promote your opportunity to them and thoroughly screen and interview each candidate who expresses an interest. We directly contact real estate and construction professionals who are successful and highly engaged in their current role. It’s our call and how we promote your company and position that grabs their attention and gets them excited about making a job change.
In addition to our cold calling efforts, we have an internal database with over 250,000 resumes as well all full access to LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services. We are resourceful, diligent and turn over every stone to find your next hire.
Candidates are thoroughly interviewed to include discussions about motive, qualifications, achievements, salary expectations, commute/relocation and overall fit. Detailed resumes and notes are provided to clients for review. We schedule interviews (phone, video and in-person), coordinate travel, provide client feedback from interviews, assist in salary negotiations and provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the entire process.
