Oversee the management operations at a 250+ units, Class A, mid-rise lease up
Company Info:
Owner, manager, developer of Class A apartment communities nationally. They currently own/manage 40+ communities totaling approx. 10K units. Company will double in size over the next few years with an additional 40 properties totaling 10K+ units in the pipeline – all new development/construction/lease-up.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a property manager on a Class A apartment community. Lease-up experience highly preferred.
- Must have strong budget/financial experience.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal, financial and human resources documents.
- Literate with computerized financial and word processing software.
