Nicole has nearly 20 years of marketing leadership experience, as an account supervisor at an integrated marketing firm, as an independent marketing consultant and, most recently, as the marketing lead at an executive search firm.
Her client service background is reflected in the way she approaches her role as Director of Marketing, supporting the firm’s partners, directors, and others with business development goals. In addition to marketing the firm to potential clients, Nicole helps to market new searches to candidates. She manages its online presence and works to build relationships with associations within the real estate industry.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys art and home decorating projects, spending time with family and friends, and being a dog mom to Indie and an aunt to Ellia and Grace. She also dedicates time to a volunteer leadership position. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Westminster College (PA) where she graduated with honors.
