Real8 conducts retained and contingent searches for clients. Fees are based on the placed individual’s total first-year compensation package.

We conduct comprehensive local, regional, and national searches to identify the most suitable candidates and opportunities across a variety of work arrangements, including onsite, hybrid, and fully remote positions. Our tailored search strategies take into account each client’s unique needs, industry requirements, and geographic preferences.

Performance-Based Approach

We operate on a performance-based retained model with a client friendly payment schedule. Unlike other firms, clients only pay the majority of fees following the successful completion of a search assignment.

We also offer contingency services per client request. Fees, guarantee period, and timeframe vary depending on the search model.

Following rigorous vetting, we present candidates who meet your specified requirements, are a good cultural fit, and have the qualities to excel in the role.
