We work on a performance-based retained model. Unlike other firms, clients only pay the majority of fees following the successful completion of a search assignment. There are no administrative, processing, technology, nor meeting fees.

On a selective basis, we offer contingency services, allowing clients the opportunity to work with our firm on a less restrictive basis. However, clients with retained search agreements are prioritized, resulting in faster turnaround time and extended guarantee periods.

Real8 conducts retained and contingent searches for clients. Fees are based on the placed individual’s total first-year compensation package.
