Each quarter, we create teams and carefully pair junior recruiters with mentors who excel in areas where they need extra support. Throughout the year, the junior recruiters gain insights from four different senior mentors. While they all teach the same methods, each mentor brings their unique style to the table.
On the other hand, our Senior Recruiters wholeheartedly embrace the role of coaching and mentoring four different team members throughout the year. These mentees bring with them their unique personalities, strengths, and areas for improvement.
