Branden joined Real8 Group after years at another executive recruiting firm where he excelled at sourcing and screening candidates. He values a creative approach to recruiting and has a strong ability to manage multiple searches from research to interview coordination to candidate placement.
Prior to this industry, Branden worked in sales and account management for a large, national retail chain where he gained customer service experience and drove revenue growth through collaboration.
He graduated with an associate’s degree in business from Lone Star College in Texas and currently resides in the Greater Houston Area.
Personally, Branden loves spending time with his wife and kids, especially traveling, going on hiking adventures, and rooting for the Los Angeles Rams football team.
