Position: Construction Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
The Construction Project Manager will oversee a $15 million apartment rebuild by working closely with the on-site Property Staff, Construction Manager, Risk Claims Analyst, external contractors and vendors to monitor property repairs and staying within budget and timeline expectations.

Well established owner, manager and investor of apartment communities. Company currently has 50+ properties totaling 15,000 units and they are adding another 1,500 units!
Key Requirements:

Must have several years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing apartment/multifamily construction while also understanding the architecture and engineering facets of construction.

Strong contract negotiation experience

Well versed with Excel and ability to manage detailed data spreadsheet.

Experience working with insurance claims and quotes highly preferred.
