Position: Director of Compliance, Risk and Safety
Location: Houston, TX
The Director will identify, assess and report on risks that may impact the financial stability, security and reputation of the organization and the safety and well-being of its staff, residents and business partners, and working with the business to develop solutions and procedures to mitigate these risks. In addition, they will lead and oversee safety compliance, audits, insurance programs, emergency response plans, etc.

Progressive owner/manager of a diverse portfolio of student housing properties globally. They currently manage a growing portfolio consisting of 40K+ student housing beds. Minimum ten years’ professional experience in a corporate and operating environment, including actual experience of implementing risk, safety and compliance management systems and overseeing major insurance programs.
Experience of liaising with all levels of an organization.
Evidence of personal success in a competitive business environment.
High level of competency in a range of Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or finance-related discipline.
