Director of Operations – Florida

Position: Director of Operations

Location: Preferably Florida

Job Description:

This executive will be responsible for overseeing a growing portfolio of owned and managed self-storage facilities in multiple states.  As the company continues to grow this person will have the opportunity to influence and participate in that growth in many different ways.    Director will supervise Regional Managers, oversee all field operations, implement all operating procedures and ideally play a key role in developing a better training program.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the retail/storage industry with 5 or more in a management role
  • Experience managing not less than 30 locations if coming from self-storage
  • BA/BS Degree is highly preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Must have experience leading and inspiring teams
