Position Available: Leasing Associate
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
The Leasing Consultant performs all leasing activities at an 800+ unit or 275+ unit apartment community to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals, and adhere to all established leasing policies and procedures to ensure all fair housing laws are followed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Determine unit availability daily
- Conducts community and apartment tours
- Accepts and processes prospective resident’s applications in accordance with company policy
- Manage lease renewals and renewal follow-up efforts
- Understands and complies with Fair Housing laws and standards
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of market and competitive properties
- Attends and participates in resident events as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Residential Apartment Leasing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Yardi Voyager, Rent Cafe, Blue Moon – LRO preferred
