Matt is based in Southwest Michigan and has more than 10 years of recruiting experience in higher education, aviation, manufacturing, and real estate. His experiences have created a large network across multiple industries giving him many tools in his toolbox to relate with candidates. He enjoys making new connections and finding the best executive talent for clients.
Matt can wear many hats and likes to keep himself busy. Outside of work, Matt and his wife own a small baking business and specialize in allergy-free and vegan recipes. He gardens, travels extensively, loves Purdue sports, and has competed in several adventure races. In the summer months, you can find him outside with his two young girls exploring their wooded backyard.
