Oversee the day to day management of a 500+ unit, conventional property located in Southeastern VA.

Well established owner/manager of a diverse portfolio of multifamily communities totaling over 7,000 units.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Property Manager on a conventional apartment community in excess of 250+ units.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good financial management skills.
