Position: Area Director
Location: Farmington, MI
Job Description:
The Area Director is accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of each property.
Portfolio will consist of 4-7 properties totaling approx. 1,500 units; all conventional/market rate.
Company Info:
Prominent real estate owner, manager, and developer based in the Midwest. They currently own/manage a diverse portfolio of conventional/luxury multifamily properties throughout the Midwest totaling 10,000 units.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience managing a multiple-site, conventional apartment portfolio totaling over 1,000 units. Highly prefer experience with Class A and/or high-rise/mid-rise experience.
- Working knowledge of property management software in order to read and understand site-generated reports. MRI experience preferred.
- Strong financial management and supervisory skills.
