Position: Senior Director/VP
Location: Boston, MA
Job Description:
Leads the execution of the Company’s strategy related to property management for an assigned portfolio and markets by directing the team, implementing policies, programs, and initiatives that achieve budgeted financial results, and developing and leading programs that promote customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and market growth.
Portfolio will consist of owner/managed properties throughout the Boston area.

Key Requirements:
- Ideal candidate would currently be in a Director/VP/SVP role within a multifamily company where they are responsible for managing a portfolio in excess of 3,000 conventional units… prefer Class A, institutional product.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and have led a team consisting of Regional/Area/District Managers.
- Must have strong financial/budgeting skills.
- BA Degree is HIGHLY desired.
