Position: Property Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a 100+ unit, LIHTC property located just Northeast of Minneapolis.

Key Requirements:
- Not less than 3 years of experience as a Manager, highly prefer 5+
- Stable career history
- Budgeting experience and good financial skills
- Strong customer service skills
- LIHTC experience
