She focuses on proactively sourcing and engaging real estate professionals nationwide, partnering closely with Real8’s search leadership team to identify high-quality, often passive talent.
Prior to joining Real8 Group, Chloe gained three years of experience in both temporary and permanent staffing, supporting clients and candidates throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. Her background in full-cycle recruiting has provided a strong foundation in candidate evaluation, relationship management, and performing effectively in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.
Chloe holds an Associate’s degree from Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and resides in Western Pennsylvania. She has a strong passion for serving others and previously volunteered at nursing homes with her therapy dog. Chloe also brings a competitive edge to her work, having spent several years competing as a gymnast.
