Jon, who serves as a Director at Real8, has been a recruiter in the real estate and construction industry for eleven years. Before recruiting, Jon successfully owned and operated businesses in the commercial construction, health/fitness, and food and beverage industries. His introduction to the real estate and construction world started in 1999 as a Property Manager and construction professional. He held various real estate and construction positions throughout his career, the last being a Construction Manager for a Pittsburgh-based commercial developer and construction company.
Jon has dedicated himself to developing lasting partnerships with his clients during his recruiting career. This same committed approach to each search assignment has given him success in assisting his clients in recruiting C-level executives, senior-level professionals, general management, and staff operation positions.
