Marco joined Real8 Group after more than a decade in sales, sales leadership, and entrepreneurship. Having been responsible for operations and administration, including hiring, training, and building a team, he approaches searches from the client’s side of the table and understands how much a single hire can change a company’s trajectory. He believes the best searches are built on honest conversations early, and he would rather tell a candidate or a client something they don’t want to hear than let it surface at the offer stage.
Prior to recruiting, Marco worked in the automobile, software, insurance, and financial services industries, where he sold, led sales teams, and guided clients through complex decisions. He is a student of the markets he recruits in, asks a lot of questions, and communicates clearly and consistently, doing what he says he’s going to do.
Marco graduated from Westminster College, where he played football, and currently resides in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. Personally, Marco is a Pittsburgh native and a lifelong sports fan. He and his wife, Leah, have a son, Carmen, two goldendoodles, and another addition on the way. Outside of work he enjoys cooking, golf, and time outdoors with his family.
