With more than 20 years of experience in executive search, Matt brings deep expertise across the engineering, construction, facilities management, and institutional sectors. Since beginning his recruiting career in 2003, he has managed and executed a wide range of searches for executive management, operations, business development, and marketing leaders within multi-disciplined and international engineering and construction firms, industrial and high-end residential contractors, multifamily construction managers, and public-private partnerships.
Matt also has extensive experience supporting hospitals, healthcare systems, academic medical centers, universities, preparatory schools, and public agencies. His work in these environments often centers on placing leaders responsible for facilities, real estate development, engineering, and capital planning where operational continuity, regulatory requirements, and aging infrastructure demand steady, experienced leadership.
In addition, Matt has partnered with cultural, institutional, and nonprofit organizations balancing capital investment, stewardship, governance, and public engagement while pursuing sustainable growth. Across all sectors, he is known for aligning technical expertise with organizational culture and long-term mission.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Robert Morris University. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and volunteering through his church and youth sports organizations.
