Position: VP of Property Management

Job Description:
Responsible for leading all property management operations for a growing portfolio of multifamily properties consisting of Class A properties totaling over 5,000+ units.

The client is a full-service owner, manager, and developer of Class A multifamily real estate. They currently own/manage over 5,000 units in Columbus OH, Nashville TN, Louisville KY and they are moving into high growth markets such as Raleigh NC, Denver CO, Austin TX, and Charleston SC. The company has growth aspirations to be at 15,000 units by 2020 and 25,000 units by 2025.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years’ experience in an SVP/VP/Director level role leading the management operations for a portfolio of multifamily housing and leading a team of regional professionals. Ideal candidate will have experience in all types of Class A multifamily properties, including suburban, urban, mid-rise and high-rise buildings and with structured parking. Previous experience working with stabilized communities, new communities (lease-up), acquisitions, and redevelopment and capital improvement projects required.
- Previous experience developing, and continuously improving, operational systems to enhance team efficiency, quality and performance required.
- Strong financial acumen. Can create budgets, financial reports, etc. Advanced skills in Microsoft office and Excel necessary.
