Position: VP of HOA Management
Location: South Carolina
Job Description:
Responsible for leading the association management division for the company. Work closely with the associations, board of directors, and/or developers and provide management, leadership and direction to ensure the properties are well maintained. Other duties include facilitating solutions to problems between communities and staff and budget preparation/management

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience leading the management operations for a portfolio of homeowner associations.
- Strong financial acumen – can create and manage budgets.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be confident interacting with Board of Directors and owners.
