Position: National Construction Director
Location: Nashville, TN
Job Description:
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of major capital expenditure work (tenant improvement and building capital) and Regional Construction Managers in the Asset Management group.
Portfolio consists of over 11M SF of commercial / medical office building space under management.

Currently, the company manages properties located in over 20 states totaling over 15M SF.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of direct experience in commercial office/medical office tenant improvement project management. Must have experience managing a team of Project Managers.
- Must be well-versed in overseeing preliminary design meetings, construction bidding and review, and construction management from inception through project close out/tenant move-in and final billing.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Must be capable of working cross-functionally with members of the building engineering, leasing, management and administrative teams.
