Position Available: Business Development Associate, Dallas, TX
The Business Development Associate will partner with and support the Chief Business Development Officer in all aspects of business development to include proformas, underwriting, cold calling leads, etc.
Company Info: Client is a national Top 50, multifamily property management firm. They have grown significantly over the last 5 years and focus heavily on operational excellence and employee engagement.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a business development, analyst or support role with a real estate owner, developer, investor or commercial brokerage firm.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Experience in assisting with proformas, underwriting, etc. but must also have “fire in the belly” and desire to grow their experience in business development.
