Position Available: Capital Projects Manager
Location:Atlanta, Charlotte or OKC
The Project Manager will be responsible for all renovation/capital projects for approximately 10+ conventional, multifamily properties at any time. Responsibilities include but not limited to supporting the Director of Capital Projects and senior leadership in the development and execution of asset level capital program strategies, working with on-site and regional teams to coordinate execution of capital plans, working closely with vendors to ensure optimal execution of capital strategies, etc.
Company Info: Well established real estate investment/management company that currently manages over 30 properties totaling 10,000+ units.
Key Requirements:

2+ years’ experience as a Project Manager overseeing capex/renovation projects for multifamily properties.

Must have experience reviewing bids, preparing contracts, tracking project schedules, inspecting work, and maintaining budgets.

Ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of building construction and building/unit operating systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, etc.).
