Position Available: Property Manager
Location: Columbus, OH
The Property Manager will be accountable for all day to day property operations for two, new lease up properties totaling 140+ units in Columbus, OH.

Company is a premier builder and developer of for-purchase and for-rent maintenance-free communities with approx. 1,000 units under management. This is a combination of ranch style apartments/condos as well as urban apartments. They plan to double over the next year!
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step. Demonstrated ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate course of action.
- Must have lease up, multifamily experience.
- Knowledge of and adherence to Fair Housing laws.
- Competence in personal computer skills a must; and Entrata software preferred but will train.
