Position: Regional Manager
Location: Kansas City, KS or MO
Job Description:
The Regional Manager will oversee a portfolio of approximately 1,200+ tax credit and conventional units which includes senior housing.

Key Requirements:
- LIHTC experience
- Must have not less than one year of multifamily multiple site management experience, (may consider someone currently in a sr. property managers role)
- Currently managing not less than three sites or 700 units
- Must have good budgeting experience
- Struggling property and rehab experience is preferred
