Position Available: Senior Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Los Angeles, CA
The Senior Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all facilities operations at a Class A, high-rise multifamily building totaling over 400 units. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Supervise maintenance employees
- Recommend hiring, terminating, discipline, suspension, promotion and/or rewards for staffing
- Responsible for all maintenance and repairs at the development
- Apartment turnovers
- Maintenance of common areas and grounds
- Oversee purchase orders
- Oversee third-party vendors/contractors
- Responsible for all mechanical systems within the building including preventative maintenance

Key Requirements:

3+ years of recent hands-on experience as a Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor overseeing a midrise/high-rise multifamily and/or hotel property

Strong working knowledge of building systems

Proficiently skilled in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and basic construction

Experience managing a Tenant Amenity Space

Comprehensive knowledge of industry software systems

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management; internally and externally
