Position Available: Director of Real Estate
Location: Northeast
The objective of the role is to oversee and direct Company’s Real Estate efforts to identify, secure and develop real estate within the division’s geographic area to support the company’s growth plans. Provides executives with accurate and timely information about Real Estate initiatives and its special projects in accordance with company guidelines. Areas of focus are MA, NH, CT, VT, RI and NY.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in site acquisitions/development of retail and/or restaurant properties. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a high volume/growth oriented company.
- Well versed is closing of purchase or lease agreements, approvals and permitting, evaluating/awarding construction contracts, overseeing construction through occupancy, etc.
- Must have strong experience working with city councils, zoning commissions, governmental agencies, engineers, architects, etc.
