Position: Senior Property Manager
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Job Description:
A privately held Real Estate Investment Company with a diversified portfolio of industrial, office, retail, and multi-family assets nationwide, is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated Senior Property Manager to oversee the operations for a commercial portfolio consisting of 14 properties totaling over 1M SF of space.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to team management/leadership, budgets/financials, inspections, tenant relations, etc.
Company Info:
Owner and investor of commercial and multifamily real estate. They currently own 100+ properties in 18 states valued at 1.5B.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience of commercial (office) property management experience.
- Strong communication skills with both internal & external customers and at all levels within the organization
- MS Office proficiency expected
- Yardi Voyager and Yardi RENTMaximizer experience a plus.
